Victoria’s Secret PINK

CareWorks Tech worked with Victoria’s Secret to develop the PINK Nation social website using the latest web technologies with a test-driven, agile approach. Involved implementation and integration of a single-sign-on system, full integration with Facebook, and numerous high-performance optimizations. CareWorks Tech delivered on-time, within budget, and helped establish new standards for agile development at LimitedBrands. A full acceptance-level Cucumber test suite led to impressive demos that gave the project visibility to executives. All quality metrics were hit so early during pre-release testing that many team members were able to move on to other projects well before the site launched.

Reduced infrastructure incidents by 27%.

United Retirement Plan Consultants offers the best and brightest in the retirement plan industry, but when we stepped in, their infrastructure environment was unstable. Today, URPC has seen a 27% reduction in incidents year-over-year. Additionally, CareWorks Tech helped increase user productivity within a virtualized environment by an average of 40% by implementing Citrix XenApp 6 and Citrix Provisioning Services and created a policy for change management which decreased downtime

CareWorks Tech implemented ServiceNow to replace IGS Energy’s help desk system in order to support the needs of the IT department. We were able to drive ITIL compliance, implement ITSM, improve the user experience and integrate the software development process with ServiceNow.

In 2019, Sedgwick acquired CareWorks Tech. Sedgwick began as a regional claims administrator founded in 1969 and has grown into a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits, and integrated business solutions with nearly 27,000 colleagues, located across 65 countries.
